HomeZone to price up your design and provide you a quotation.

Deal details agreed

Enter into a preliminary works agreement (pwa)

HomeZone to arrange for feature site survey subject to land title availabillty.

HomeZone to arrange for Structural engineers site report subject to land title being available.

HomeZone to provide building file with current docs and colour selection information.

HomeZone to prepare working drawings.

HomeZone to verify all site costs to the best of our abillity so they are no nasty surprises later on.

Contract documents completed and reviewed with client.

Contract signed / where applicable balance of deposit paid.

Plans, Specifications, Engineers details submitted to local council for their approval.

Plans submitted to water authority for their approval.

Client to finalise material selections (bricks, window, roof, ceramic tiles, laminates etc).
